Executive Chef & Co-Owner
Chef Michael brings a career built across country clubs, resorts, and large-scale catering. He first came to Kentucky with the Department of Parks at Barren River Lake State Resort before settling in Somerset, where he earned a business management degree and joined the Culinary Arts faculty at Somerset Community College.
Chef Ed Nazario
Executive Chef & Co-Owner
A Pulaski County native, Chef Ed trained at Sullivan University in Louisville and sharpened his craft as a line cook at Portofino in Lexington and sous chef at Serafini in Frankfort before coming home to Somerset. He also teaches in the Culinary Arts program at Somerset Community College.
Together, Michael and Ed bring more than 50 years of combined experience to the kitchen. Beyond Mulligan's, the pair own and operate The Chalet Gourmet Restaurant in Somerset — the area's premier fine-dining destination — along with Somerset Culinary Company, their catering business.

Tucked into the pro shop, the grill is built for the pace of a golf day. Biscuit sandwiches before your tee time, a Wagyu burger at the turn, stone-fired pizza to split on the patio after the round. Order at the counter, grab a cold drink, and keep the day moving.
